16 new missionaries in the service of the poor

Today 16 distinct participants from the second batch of CPIM have begun their journey to include the excluded. I am really surprised on how the last fourteen days passed. This batch was also a good mix like the previous one however it was not having any participant from outside the country. I found each and every member of the batch in high energy levels all through the day and late till evening while attempting on our complex teasers on opportunities and possibilities. The batch found to be enjoying few of our tedious exercises on confrontation matrices and SBU definitions followed by business plan making. The whole batch was divided into four groups namely Joshiley, Dhruv, Learners and The Corrigibles. Belive you me all these groups really proved their respective names through their deeds. This time also Chunauti ( The Challenge) created a lot of interests amongst the participants and lastly the winner took it all. Joshiley won the coveted challenger award followed by The learners. The multi dimensional approach of the various groups to solve our problems is by default raising the bar for the other participants to come. The closing ceremony though was a bit formal but ended up at a very high personal note with almost a 30 minute post ceremony photo session. At the end I just welcome these 16 more participant to this community of inclusive marketers. I also request the existing as well as fresh members to start sharing their achievements, problems, opportunities and knowledge for the benefit of one and all. Wishing success to everyone in identifying, mobilising and economising on the needs, stakeholders , potential activities and resources for true inclusion of all the down trodden. Cheers Kuldeep
